Hotel Nanny

Are you looking to enjoy a spa day with your other half, or would you like a nice relaxing dinner date?  If you’re on a working business trip or just relaxing on holiday, we are happy to send one of our nannies to your hotel and look after your children to give you the space you require.

Lunaria Nannies offer services covering all of the Lake District and the surrounding areas, we can come to any hotel you are staying in to provide you with the childcare you need.

All bookings are tailored to your needs with a minimum of 5 hours booking, please get in touch for a chat and we can discuss the various options available.

Our staff ratio as outlined by the Ofsted guidelines are:

  • 0 – 2 years, 1 adult to 3 children
  • 2 – 3 years, 1 adult to 4 children
  • 4 – 8 years, 1 adult for 6 children
  • 9 – 12 years, 1 adult for 8 children

All parents must complete a Child Registration Form (see below) for both Health and Safety and Insurance purposes.  This also helps our team understand each child’s requirements with respects to both specialist care and also their likes and dislikes and favorite toys and books etc.  This is done to ensure that your childcare experience with our Nanny is both safe and enjoyable.

Our Process

A member of our team will get back to you to discuss your childcare needs in further detail and discuss the options available.

We will send out a Client Registration Form and Terms & Conditions for you fill out and read, this will give us all the information we need about you and your children to tailor your childcare package.

We will make arrangements for our nanny to be there on time at your hotel to make your stay go smoothly.
