Due to the nature of the work and level of service our company stands for, we require that all of our nannies have a minimum of two year’s experience with references, an Enhanced DBS Check and an up to date Paediatric First Aid course. Don’t worry if you do not have the appropriate training and checks immediately available, as we have a 3rd party training partner that offers a wide range of training courses. Our agency will provide you with all the support and advice you need to get you ready to be part of the team.
The registration process involves a number of face to face interviews with our agency staff so that we can fully understand all of your needs and requirements. This stage of the registration process is key to the business, as it allows us to get to know who you are, so we can best match your skills and personality to a family. All of your credentials will be carefully checked to make sure that you are fully qualified and competent for the extremely important job of caring for little ones.
There are two main routes to work that we as an agency will provide you with; you can be matched with a family as a permanent employee or you can work as a contract nanny at various hotels and events around the lakes.
